Items purchased from are eligible for exchange only. There are no refunds.

Our exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date your item was delivered (per carrier shipment tracking). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in "showroom" condition...Mi Pulse products which have been used (i.e., sweated in), are not eligible for exchange. 

How to Exchange an Item

If you need to exchange a Mi Pulse item, just send us an email at and tell us what's going on. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions.

Important Things to Know About Exchanges

  • Any amount you paid for shipping for the original purchase is non-refundable.
  • You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. 
  • Please include all packaging and documentation originally provided with your Mi Pulse product
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. Mi Pulse will not be held responsible for lost return shipments. 
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your exchange.
